About Marta Sikorska, MSc, Assoc(CIPD)
Marta holds an MSc in Occupational  Psychology from Birkbeck University in London, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. She also holds an advance postgraduate diploma in HR Management from CIPD and career coaching qualifications. Marta has over 10 years of experience in talent management and employee research; her focus on employee psychology led to extensive experience working closely with organisations to find ways to improve performance by maintaining an increasingly talented and engaged workforce. She started her career as an in-house HR practitioner within the talent management area in finance, banking, and strategy consulting sectors. After completing her MSc, she worked as a business psychologist focusing on transforming national and international organisations to develop highly engaged cultures.
