CzechInvest are hosting a lunch briefing, M&A Opportunities in the Czech Republic, with Mr Martin Kuba, Minister of Industry and Trade, on Monday 30^th July 2012 at The Czech House, Business Design Centre, Islington, London.

Miroslave Krizek, CzechInvest CEO, will outline investment environment in the Czech Republic and introduce the CzechLink initiative. Kamil Blazek, Partner at Kinstellar, the law firm, will discuss the country’s M&A legal aspects and the advantages of Czech Republic as a springboard to expand in emerging Europe.

The programme for this lunch time briefing is as follows:

12:12 – 13:00 Presentations followed by Q&A

13:00 – 14:00 Lunch & Networking & Raffle draw
